908-233-6800alarusso@lindabury.com Since joining the firm in 1970, Anthony LaRusso has devoted most of his practice to litigation in the State and Federal Courts and before State Administrative Agencies. His litigation experience includes the representation of individuals and various business entities (including health care organizations, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, lenders, developers, attorneys, accountants, and physicians) involved in various legal actions concerning contracts, commercial and residential real estate transactions, mortgage foreclosures, real estate titles and liens, commercial disputes, unfair competition, family law, professional negligence and malpractice, and personal injury actions. Anthony is experienced in a variety of business, commercial, real estate and mortgage transactions. He has also served as a condemnation commissioner by appointment of the Superior Court of New Jersey in condemnation actions. He has also served, pro bono, as the attorney for incapacitated persons and as the law guardian for minor children by appointment by the Superior Court of New Jersey. Anthony has been on the District XII Ethics Committee for Union County since September 2004. He has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to Chair the Committee for the year term beginning September 2007. He was Vice Chair of the Committee for the year term 2006-2007. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, 1982 - present.
