He has extensive litigation experience in divorce, child custody, and post-judgment enforcement matters, as well as in the preparation of pre-nuptial agreements. Fred is also a divorce and custody mediator. He completed the Rutgers Law School course on divorce mediation and has successfully mediated many matters. With the enactment of legislation authorizing civil unions, Fred will represent clients in the preparation of pre-civil union agreements, and in litigation matters relating to civil unions. He has served on the Family Law Committee of the Union County Bar Association, and District XII Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
