Jennifer joined Lindabury in September of 2004. In the year prior to her coming to the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Miriam N. Span, J.S.C., Presiding Judge – Chancery Part, General Equity and Probate Division, where she reviewed papers submitted to the court, performed research and wrote legal memoranda.
As a third year law student, she also worked as a legal intern in the Union County Prosecutor’s Office in the Homicide and Appellate Units, where she did legal research, wrote briefs and appeared in court on municipal appeals and post-conviction relief motions.
While in law school, Jennifer was recognized for her work as a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board with the Board’s Distinguished Service Award for 2003 and served as the research assistant to the Director. She co-drafted the 2003 Gibbons Constitutional Law Problem, as well as the Bench Memorandum. She also served as a student attorney in Seton Hall’s Civil Litigation Clinic, which is part of the law school’s Center for Social Justice. At the clinic, Jennifer assisted indigent clients in legal representation for civil matters. She was also appointed research assistant for the head of the Civil Litigation Clinic, Professor Baher Azmy.
Jennifer was a Seton Hall University School of Law Centennial Scholar and was named Best Oralist in her Appellate Advocacy Class.
