Ken Soriero joined the firm in the fall of 2005 after graduating magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Ken worked as a paralegal and law clerk for the law firm of St. John & Wayne, LLC, in Newark, New Jersey, where he performed research and analysis in a variety of areas, including debtor/creditor transactions, workers’ compensation law, aviation law and corporate tax.
While at Lindabury, Ken has focused his practice on construction, labor and tax law matters. In the area of labor law, Ken has experience in all aspects of the collective bargaining and contract negotiations process, including interest arbitration. He has previously lectured before the New Jersey State PBA on these topics.
Ken’s prior experience includes two and a half years as a tax and legal services associate at the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in Florham Park, New Jersey. While there, he prepared corporate and partnership federal and state tax returns and performed research and analysis on tax decisions and rulings.
Ken received his undergraduate degree in accountancy from Villanova University where he graduated cum laude. At Villanova, he was active in Phi Sigma Kappa, the Freshman Orientation Committee, alumni relations and was the University’s Alternate Commencement Speaker.
Ken also serves as a member of the Board of Adjustment in Westfield.
