Lisa Gingeleskie joined the firm in the fall of 2005 after spending a year as a law clerk for the Honorable Maurice J. Gallipoli, Assignment Judge for the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, in Hudson County. As law clerk, she performed research and analysis in various areas of the law; drafted bench memorandum and legal opinions; conducted mediations; participated in pretrial conferences, case management conferences and case scheduling.
At Lindabury, Lisa has concentrated her practice on civil litigation, with a focus on education law and employment law. Lisa also clerked for the firm in the summer of 2003.
While in law school, Lisa was a member of the Legislative Bureau Law Journal, the Women’s Law Forum and the Civil Litigation Clinic. She attended law school on a Presidential Merit Scholarship, which she maintained for three years.
