Paul E. Griggs has specialized in the area of Education Law since 1981. He has served as general counsel, special counsel and in-house counsel to boards of education. Paul’s practice is primarily devoted to representing boards of education in a variety of areas, including negotiations, personal matters, workers compensation and disability, matters involving DYFS and the Office of Civil Rights, Public Employment Relations Commission ("PERC"), special education, school construction, sending and receiving relationships, student discipline and hearings, constitutional law matters, land use, policy interpretation and preparation, and the purchase and sale of real estate.
