He concentrates his practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has more than twenty years of experience in all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions, leasing, financings, loan workouts, foreclosures, and cooperative and condominium law. He has represented both individuals and developers in their real estate transactions. Scott also provides representation for estate administration and municipal court matters. Scott is a frequent lecturer to local realtors and residents on residential real estate issues. His expertise and professionalism have earned him the positions of past President and Treasurer of the Summit Bar Association. He is the Treasurer and Trustee of two local charitable foundations, and he is active in numerous civic organizations including the Summit Police Athletic League, Summit Elk's Lodge 1246 and the Summit Youth Football Program. Prior to joining Lindabury, Scott was a partner with Hartlaub, Dotten & Terry, P.C. in Summit, NJ.
