Summer Associate Program
Throughout the late summer and fall we visit law schools in the New Jersey and New York City area to interview candidates for our Summer Associate Program in our Westfield, NJ office. We encourage you to submit your resume to your career office for an on campus interview. In addition, we encourage applicants who have not participated in the on campus interview process to submit their resumes starting in August 1, 2010 through October 1, 2010.
The recruiting process usually begins with an on-campus interview with a Lindabury attorney. Candidates are then invited back to our Westfield office to meet with our hiring partner and other attorneys. We view this as a two-way process which gives us the chance to evaluate each candidate, and the candidate a chance to evaluate us. We understand that as a law student you are faced with many difficult decisions when choosing a law firm and our goal is to obtain the right match for each of us. We encourage candidates to speak or visit with other associates and/or partners after their initial office visit. The hiring process concludes in November.
WE HAVE COMPLETED OUR SUMMER ASSOCIATE HIRING FOR 2010. WE WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2011 POSITIONS IN AUGUST 2010.
