
Donald C. Pierce
Donald C. Pierce is a commercial litigation attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and general commercial law.
As a litigation associate, Donald represents owners, contractors, specialty trade subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals and others involved in the construction trades. He has extensive experience in the filing and foreclosure of construction and municipal mechanic liens and the enforcement of contractors’ rights under New Jersey’s Prompt Pay legislation.
Donald joined the firm as an associate in 2019 and was a summer associate with Lindabury in 2018. Prior to joining Lindabury, Donald served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Donald is a graduate of the United States Army Ranger School and a veteran of Operation Inherent Resolve having deployed to Baghdad, Iraq in 2015.
Donald is a Barrister in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court, an association committed to excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and trial skills. He is a graduate of Rutgers Law School where he was a Staff Editor for the Business Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
