Westfield, New Jersey, January 1, 2011 – Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper is pleased to announce that Monica Vir has become a partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2011.
Monica concentrates her practice in the area of business counsel and transactions, health care, real estate, and tax law. She represents individuals, businesses, healthcare providers, and tax exempt entities in the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, group formation and dissolution, debt and equity financing, leasing and other regulatory and compliance issues. She has also represented clients seeking guardianships.

A graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Newark, Monica also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia. She previously served as a legal intern with Honorable Alfred J. Lechner, Jr., U. S. District Court, District of New Jersey (ret.) and with our firm.
