Margaret A. Spaziani

Maggie is a Partner in the Wills, Trusts & Estates group where she focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax matters, business succession planning and charitable planning. She works with clients on the preparation of estate planning documents including Wills and Trust agreements in order to plan and achieve their wealth transfer goals including estate and income tax saving techniques. Maggie also provides counsel to clients in the areas of guardianships, estate administration, fiduciary obligations and the preparation and filing of estate and inheritance tax returns. As legal counsel to financial institutions and corporate trustees, Maggie has assisted those entities in the implementation of their fiduciary duty. She began her career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Andresini, Tax Court of New Jersey.
