Michelle M. Monte concentrates her practice on complex corporate and transactional matters
Michelle M. Monte is a partner in Lindabury’s Business and Financial Services group where she concentrates her practice on complex corporate and transactional matters. She has more than 20 years’ experience representing corporate entities with transactions in several substantive areas of law. Prior to joining Lindabury, Michelle served as Vice President, General Counsel to Kenrich Petrochemicals, Inc. a leading manufacturer of organometallic coupling agents, plasticizers and dispersions based in Bayonne, NJ. She will assume responsibility for other clients of the firm and will continue to serve as outside general counsel to Kenrich.
Michelle is a member of the New Jersey and Mercer Country Bar Associations along with the Association of Corporate Counsel. She has been a lecturer of New Jersey’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education and has co-written the seminar texts: The ABC’s of Foreclosure and Foreclosure for Paralegals. Michelle was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Rider University, Lawrenceville campus, a member of the English Department and Law and Justice Program and served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Mercer County Community College, in the Arts and Communications Division. She was also a part-time lecturer at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, for the writing program, in the area of business.
