Kelsey Gorman is an associate in Lindabury’s Business & Financial Services group.
She previously was a Summer Associate with Lindabury in 2023. Prior to joining Lindabury, Kelsey worked as a Summer Intern at the Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Rutgers University. During her internship, Kelsey aided the Litigation, Transactional, Health Care, and Labor and Employment practice groups by conducting research, preparing memos and drafting briefs.
Kelsey is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law where she was a Notes Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review. She also served as an Event Coordinator for the Rutgers Law Society for Corporate Law & Governance.
