More than half of the firm’s work involves litigation, where we have a significant amount of work in employment, construction, commercial insurance coverage and defense, general commercial, lemon law defense, land use and medical malpractice defense. We also provide general and specialized business counsel and representation in a myriad of business transactions, including contracts, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

The firm does high concentrations of work in a number of industries. These include automotive, banking and finance, construction, education, health care, insurance, public safety and nonprofit. We also provide legal representation for individuals in several areas, with special concentration in trusts and estates, elder law and family law.
