Rick Bier

Rick Bier is a partner in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services and Real Estate, Land Use, and Zoning practice groups.

Before joining Lindabury, Rick was a partner at several well-known law firms, where he represented privately held and family-owned businesses, guiding clients through complex business and corporate transactions. Rick possesses extensive M&A experience, working collaboratively with family business owners and Fortune 500 companies.

Rick has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate acquisitions, development, and financing. He has represented sponsors and building owners in various aspects of converting residential and commercial properties to condominiums, including property acquisition and financing, regulatory compliance, providing counsel and advice on tenant issues, and representation in the final sale of the condominium units.
