On Wednesday, October 21st, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Labor & Employment attorney, Lisa Gingeleskie, Esq. will be speaking as a presenter as part of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s program on “Workplace Investigations: 2026 Legal Trends and Updates.”

This program will examine some of the most pressing issues facing today’s workplace investigations. An esteemed panel of practitioners will provide a legal update, exploring recent case law and emerging guidance relevant to workplace investigations. The panel will also address key considerations for conducting effective internal investigations and offer practical guidance on the appropriate use of artificial intelligence in the investigative process.

This program has been approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.3 hours of total CLE credit.
