Trusts and Estates attorney Elizabeth C. Petite and William P. LaPiana, Associate Dean of New York Law School, are co-speakers on the topic of ACTEC’s New Model Engagement Letters: Promoting Competent and Ethical Representation of Clients where they discuss the Practitioner’s Guide to Engagement Letters issued by ACTEC (American College of Trust and Estate Counsel). Together they focus on 3 sample engagement letters: estate planning for a married couple, entity formation, and estate administration, as well as discussing representing a client with diminished capacity.
