To our Clients and Friends:
Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper continues to monitor developments of the Coronavirus. The health and safety of our personnel, clients and the public continues to be our priority in the wake of the evolving situation.
As of March 21, 2020, by order of the Governor of New Jersey, all non-essential businesses in the state are required to be closed to the public. This will remain in effect until such time as the Governor modifies or revokes this executive order.
As a firm we were prepared for this eventuality and have implemented solutions to maintain continuity in our business activities. We will reschedule any in-person meetings to a future date or conduct meetings by telephone or videoconference. Should you have draft documents which are to be signed we are prepared to have them delivered to you with instructions on how to proceed.
Our attorneys and professionals are equipped with the required technology to work remotely and remain ready and available to assist clients.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss any of this in more detail please feel free to contact us.
