On Tuesday, June 2nd, from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Divorce & Family Law attorney, David R. Tawil, Esq. will be speaking as a panelist as part of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s program on “Navigating the UCCJEA: Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement in Action.”

This program will provide attendees with practical guidance on handling complex interstate child custody disputes, including home-state jurisdiction to navigate significant-connection claims, inconvenient-forum arguments, emergency orders, modification challenges, and more. Attendees will also gain insight into managing simultaneous proceedings, military relocations, international custody issues, domestic-violence considerations, and unjustifiable-conduct pitfalls.

This program has been approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total NJ CLE credit.
