  • The Bar Foundation of Union County November Awards Dinner - 11/13/2023

    On Monday, November 13th, Honorable Katherine Dupuis (Ret.) will be moderating a panel about “Recognizing Estate Planning and Probate Problems in Your Practice With Commentary from a Retired Chancery Judge” in association with The Bar Foundation of Union County.  Nicholas Giuditta, III., Esq., Beth Manes, Esq., and Christine Socha Czapek, Esq. will be speaking on the panel.

    This event will be held at Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, New Jersey.

    The pre-dinner seminar will take place from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.  Dinner will be served following the seminar from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.  An awards ceremony will take place beginning at 7:00 p.m. honoring Justice Michael Noriega, Steven Leonard, Esq., and David Wikstrom, Esq.

  • Hot Topics in Chancery Practice - 03/25/2021

    On March 25, 2021 Honorable Katherine Dupuis, (Ret.) will serve as a panelist for the Essex County Bar Foundation’s program on Hot Topics in Chancery Practice.

    This program offers attendees valuable insights into the practice of Chancery Law.  The esteemed panel of practicing attorneys and members of the bench will discuss:
