On Friday, February 20th, Lindabury’s Labor & Employment partner, Lisa Gingeleskie will be speaking as a panelist at Seton Hall University School of Law‘s Spring Symposium, “Beyond the Cubicle: Privacy, Power and Rights in the Modern Workplace”. This event will take place at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ.

Lisa will be speaking on Panel 1: Foundations of Workplace Privacy. The panelists will provide an overview of federal privacy protections, including an examination of the implications of laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, the Electronic Communications Protection Act, the Stored Communications Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The discussion will also address the legal distinctions between public and private sector employees.
