On Wednesday, November 11th, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Divorce & Family Law attorney, Nicole Kobis, Esq. will be speaking as a presenter as part of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s program on “Hot Tips in Family Law 2026 – The Essential Ethics Update.”

Experienced family law practitioners and judges will share practical insights, lessons, and real-world perspectives on navigating some of the most challenging ethical issues facing attorneys today.

Through engaging discussion and practical examples, the speakers will explore how to identify and address ethical dilemmas before they become problems. Topics will include protecting client confidentiality in the digital age, maintaining candor to the tribunal, responding to negative online reviews, Ethics Opinion 738, preserving attorney-client privilege when transferring files, navigating multiple roles, and working with clients who use AI as “co-counsel”.

This program has been approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit, including 4.5 in Ehtics.
