Meghan advises clients on all aspects of estate planning and estate administration. She also represents clients in probate litigation, including fiduciary litigation and guardianship proceedings. Additionally, she advocates on behalf of clients in matters involving New Jersey Inheritance Tax Returns and related filings.

Before joining the firm, Meg worked as an associate at a boutique Trusts & Estates firm. She also has experience as an associate with a mid-sized national firm where she handled professional liability and commercial litigation matters and provided private client services, including estate planning.

Meghan also clerked for the Honorable James J. DeLuca, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergan Vicinage, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts. During her clerkship, she conducted legal research and drafted judicial opinions on a wide range of chancery and probate matters.


Meghan earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
