Blake Miller

Blake Miller is a partner with the firm and a commercial litigation attorney who concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and defense matters.

Blake began his legal career as a litigation paralegal for several international law firms in New York City. In his 10 years as a paralegal, Blake managed and coordinated all aspects of the litigation process – including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, and trials. Blake leverages his extensive litigation management experience in his current practice as an attorney.

Prior to joining the Lindabury firm, Blake practiced as an associate in the Basking Ridge, New Jersey office of a London based firm where he handled complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters.

Blake has defended insureds and insurers in a variety of actions involving construction defects, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, allegations of abuse, and workplace accidents.

Blake is a graduate of Rutgers Law School where he served as Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Record.
