Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper seeks a partner-level commercial real estate attorney. The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight years' significant experience with respect to the development, purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial and industrial real estate in the New York metropolitan area. Admission to the New Jersey bar and either current admission or commitment for admission to the New York bar are required along with excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to participate in the succession planning of a distinguished law firm and its roster of high-profile clientele in the commercial real estate and financing sectors throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Employee Benefits - ERISA Attorney

Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper has an opening for an employee benefits attorney for its employer-based labor law and employee benefits practice group. We invite experienced attorneys as well as matriculating law school students, with an interest in or experience with ERISA and employee benefits law, to submit their credentials for consideration to join our national practice advising employer trade associations and Taft-Hartley collectively bargained multiemployer benefit plans. Litigation Associate Attorney

Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper seeks a commercial litigation associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join our Litigation Group. Experience servicing clients in the construction industry is a plus. New Jersey and New York bar admissions are required along with excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills. This position offers direct client contact and responsibility for managing the preparation of pleadings, notices, subpoenas, discovery requests, and appropriate research, and support at depositions, motions, and trials.

Trust & Estate Associate Attorney

Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. is seeking a trust and estate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. Work would include drafting basic documents, wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare documents, as well as more sophisticated irrevocable trusts including SLATS, ILITs and GRATs. Any candidate would be expected to have experience administrating estates as well. A book of business is a plus, but not necessary. Trust and estate litigation experience is a plus. The trust and estate practice group at the firm is collegial and would provide mentoring services to assist with development of one's own practice.

Trusts and Estates Paralegal 

Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. is currently seeking a Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join our team in our Westfield, NJ office. The paralegal will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including legal document preparation, client communications, administrative support, and case management. The candidate must have 3-5 years of previous and advanced trust and estate experience and have a Notary Public designation. They must also have advanced computer skills including MS Office, iManage, and GEMS or other similar Estate Accounting software. Knowledge of law firm billing systems and entering attorney time is a plus.
